Click “Edit” and then move the mouse pointer to where you want to place the memo. Right-click to bring 
up the pop-up menu shown below.

    

Click “Create new comment” to create an empty memo frame (balloon) as shown below.  
A blinking cursor appears in the memo frame and you can enter a comment.

* Note that you can add up to 4 comments to any given column. Attempts to add a fifth comment will be 

ignored.

Enter your comment using the keyboard. (The text will appear in red as you write.)

* If you click a command button or perform some other control operation as you enter text, the entry 

mode will end automatically and your comment will be stored.

* You cannot store empty memos.
