Right-click within a memo frame to bring up the pop-up menu shown below. 

Click “Edit” to enable revision of the comment.  
(You can also edit a comment by double-clicking the left mouse button within the memo frame)  
Revise the comment using the keyboard. (The text is displayed in red during editing.)  
Press the “Enter” key to confirm and store the entry.

* If you click a command button or perform some other control operation as you enter text, the entry 

mode will end automatically and your comment will be stored.

* If you clear all text from a memo and attempt to store it, the software will view this as a deletion and 

delete the memo from memory.

Click “Delete” to delete the memo from memory.

* Note that you cannot restore memos you have deleted.

Click “Cut” to delete the comment and temporarily hold the memo in the memory.

* Since this operation stores the memo in the cache, you can restore it using “Paste”, which is described 

on page 27.

Click “Copy” to temporarily store the memo.

* Since this operation stores the memo in the cache, you can restore it using “Paste”, which is described 

on page 27. 

Note that left-clicking will 
close the pop-up menu.
