2 Preparation
Connections and Setup
2.1 Connections
Caution:

When you operate this product, the power outlet 
should be near the product and easily 
accessible.
L
Be sure to use the telephone line cord supplied 
with this unit.
L
Do not extend the telephone line cord.
Note:
L
If any other device is connected to the same 
telephone line, this unit may disturb the network 
condition of the device.
L
If you use the unit with a computer and your internet 
provider instructs you to install a filter (
5), please 
connect it as follows.
2.2 Dialling mode
If you cannot dial (page 17, 21), change this setting 
according to your telephone line service.

Connect to a power outlet (220 V – 240 V,
50/60 Hz).

You can connect an extension telephone. 
Remove the stopper if attached.
