Press the Fax key.

Select “More Menus”.

Select “Select Mode”.

Select “Cover Sheet”.

Select “On”, and then select “OK”.

Set “Quality Adj.” as required.

Select a destination.

Press the Start key.

The transmission of the document with a 
cover sheet starts.

Select to attach a cover sheet.

Select not to attach a cover 
sheet.
