Enter the Employee’s unique company-assigned identifier. 
Active Employee (if checked)

Enter the Employee’s first name.

Enforce Recertification Date (if 
checked) 
The Employee will be denied access to a Vehicle if the 
Recertification Date is past due. 
Recertification Date 
Enter the date an Employee’s Vehicle operation and safety 
training expires. 
Update Card (if checked) 
Read-only field.  The Employee’s Operator Card is outdated. 
Position 
Select Employee’s Position from the drop-down list.  The 
Position does not limit the Card Type that can be assigned. 
Comment 
Comment field for reference only.

BACKING UP THE DATABASE 
 
Care should be taken to protect the Fleet Manager data from hard drive failure by establishing a regular 
backup routine.  The backup can be accessed through Maintenance | Backup/Archive Options
