Repair Action: 

This alarm occurs when the ISC version is newer than the current RFN 
SW version.  Verify that the RFN SW version is correct and verify that the 
ISC version is correct.

SPAM Reset 

Repair Action: 

Problem occurs when DSP stops sending data to RadioBlade. Reseat or 
Replace AIC.
