Min: Set the minimum standard priority level that the QoS category will receive:

3. Downlink % and Uplink % : Set the percentage of traffic each QoS category is to be
allotted. This can be different for the downlink (TBS ‐> TMU) or uplink (TMU ‐>TBS)
