Allergic

​ ​Reactions 

All

​ ​StimRay​ ​materials​ ​have​ ​been​ ​selected​ ​and​ ​tested​ ​to​ ​ensure​ ​they​ ​are 

biocompatible,

​ ​hypoallergenic,​ ​and​ ​free​ ​of​ ​any​ ​toxic​ ​substances.​ ​Nevertheless,​ ​if 

allergic

​ ​reaction​ ​to​ ​materials​ ​is​ ​suspected,​ ​discontinue​ ​use​ ​immediately​ ​and 

contact

​ ​your​ ​healthcare​ ​professional. 

 

Skin

​ ​Irritation 

Some

​ ​reddening​ ​and​ ​indentation​ ​of​ ​the​ ​skin​ ​under​ ​electrodes​ ​is​ ​normal 

following

​ ​a​ ​period​ ​of​ ​use,​ ​and​ ​further​ ​mild​ ​skin​ ​irritation​ ​may​ ​be​ ​experienced 

depending

​ ​on​ ​factors​ ​such​ ​as​ ​the​ ​environment,​ ​duration​ ​of​ ​use,​ ​and 

skin-sensitivity. 
 
The

​ ​following​ ​guidance​ ​should​ ​be​ ​followed​ ​to​ ​mitigate​ ​possible​ ​skin​ ​irritation: 

● Limit

​ ​wearing​ ​the​ ​​ELECTRODES​​ ​to​ ​a​ ​maximum​ ​of​ ​2​ ​hours​ ​a​ ​day. 

● If

​ ​any​ ​sort​ ​of​ ​skin​ ​irritation​ ​develops,​ ​discontinue​ ​use​ ​until​ ​the 

symptoms

​ ​have​ ​cleared. 

 

 

​​ ​If​ ​persistent​ ​skin​ ​irritation​ ​is​ ​experienced​ ​that​ ​does 

not

​ ​clear​ ​within​ ​hours​ ​of​ ​removing​ ​the​ ​​ELECTRODES​,​ ​discontinue 

use

​ ​and​ ​contact​ ​your​ ​healthcare​ ​professional.
