Adjust the antenna as necessary to obtain the correct
elevation angle, as indicated by the inclinometer.

When the elevation is properly adjusted, tighten the four
antenna bracket nuts to 16 foot–pounds torque (21.7
Newton–meters). See figure 4-17.
