1 Introduction
This User’s Manual provides information about how to configure, use, and maintain the Neon™ Indoor
Location System, including use of the Neon Command Software, Tracking Units, Anchor Points, and
Android Application.

2.3 System Requirements
The Command Software is used to configure Neon Indoor Location System and to view the locations of
tracked personnel. The Command Software Computer is a Windows 7 based PC. Although a laptop is
most convenient for mobile setup and testing, it is not a requirement. Performance and peripheral
