This User’s Manual provides information about how to configure, use, and maintain the Neon™ Indoor 
Location  System,  including  use  of  the  Neon  Command  Software,  Tracking  Units,  Anchor  Points,  and 
Android Application.   

Please refer to the Appendices of this document to find information about the TRX Software License and 
Warranty Agreement and the TRX Limited Hardware Warranty.   The terms of the TRX Software License 
and Warranty must be read prior to using the system, and by using the system you are acknowledging 
acceptance of those terms. 

TRX Systems provides technical support for the Neon Products and components including the Command 
Software,  Command  Software  Reference,  Ranging  Anchor  Nodes,  Neon  Mobile  Android  App,  and  the

The Command Software is used to configure Neon Indoor Location System and to view the locations of 
tracked personnel.  The Command Software Computer is a Windows 7 based PC.  Although a laptop is 
most  convenient  for  mobile  setup  and  testing,  it  is  not  a  requirement.    Performance  and  peripheral 
requirements for the Command Software PC are as follows:
