The Battery Management page is used to configure, run and review the results of 

battery testing.

The testing performed verifies that the battery voltage holds up above a specified 

voltage for the duration of the test.

 

The controls are as follows:

Minimum Voltage.  This is the voltage that will be applied to the rectifiers for the 

duration of the test.  The battery voltage will be monitored and if it falls to within 

2% above the minimum voltage, the test will be terminated and be considered to 

have failed.
Test Time (mins).  The duration that the test should be run for (in minutes).
Days between tests.  The number of days between subsequent periodic tests.
Time of day for test.  The hour and minute to start the testing.  This is usually set 

to be an off peak time.
Enable periodic Test checkbox.  Check this box to enable automatic periodic 

testing to run.
Enable battery test.  Check this box to enable any form of battery testing.  This 

control acts as a lock to prevent inadvertent testing.
