OfficeMaster Suite – basic administration
Communication with OfficeMaster is managed directly
in SAP. This gives administrators an overview of all jobs
sent and their status. If required, individual messages
can be sent again. If specified in the configuration, the
administrator can also have SMS about the SAP system
status sent to a cell phone. This is the function of the
Alert Monitor (RZ20).
To make OfficeMaster even more transparent for users,
it is shipped with a status display program. This allows
administrators and key users to check the jobs that are
currently being processed, their status, and cancel these
jobs if required. For quicker orientation, the status dis-
play also shows the SAP user names.
