JBOD   – Files are stored in a linear fashion on any available hard disk drives. 
RAID 0 – Combine two or more physical hard disk drives into one logical drives. Data is separated into 
threads and stored across multiple physical drives.  
RAID 1 – Use the second hard disk drive as a mirror image of the first hard disk for increased reliability.   
RAID 5 – Data are stored across all the hard disk drives in small blocks. Parity for blocks is calculated for 
increased reliability..
