Display key assignment: The selected func-

for the phone number (or its abbreviation if 
necessary) is displayed in the lowest display 
line above the display key.

Function key assignment: You can make a 
note of the key assignment on the insert 
strip next to the respective key. 

When the base is in idle status:

Briefly press the function or display key. 

Depending on the key assignment:

A number (Quick Dial) is dialled directly.

Menu or function list is opened.

You can view the display texts in different 
languages.
