If you do not already have one, make a suitable charging cable. To this end, a prepared cable 

(9) with two 4 mm banana plugs (10) on one end and open cable ends (11) on the other is 

included with the product.

Suitable reverse polarity protected connectors must be soldered to the open cable ends; the 

connectors must fit the connectors on the rechargeable battery. Make sure the connectors 

connect securely to the cables and heed correct polarity:
Red = positive (+)
Black = negative (-)
Insulate the soldered connects with shrink tubing.

  The charging cable (see figure 2, Pos. 9) is depicted coiled up for phototechnical 

reasons only. The cable may not be coiled up when used for charging.
