Troubleshooting
By purchasing this Mc Crypt DJ mixer, you have acquired a state-of-the-art product which operates reliably.
Nevertheless, problems or errors may occur.
Therefore, we would like to describe how to eliminate possible faults here:
 
Please observe the safety notes!
Device does not work after the POWER switch (10) has been switched on.
•  The mains adapter is not plugged into the socket correctly > plug in mains adapter correctly
•  The mains socket is not supplied with current > check mains socket
The mixer is turned on but no sound can be heard.
•  No input signal > check source of signal
•  Input level is set incorrectly > set level with the respective channel fader as described
No signal can be heard although the level display (9) indicates a signal
•  Downstream device (amplifier) not switched on or set incorrectly > check downstream device, select correct input 
at amplifier, increase volume
•  Mixer output is not or incorrectly connected > connect output as described above
A humming sound can be heard
•  The record-player ground lines are not connected to terminal clamp GND (25) > connect the record player ground
cables to the terminal clamp GND (25)
•  A buzz loop arises between the connected devices > connect signal earth by special isolated cables
A channel does not work
•  Connection cable is loose > check connections between the devices
•  The balance control on the amplifier is out of adjustment > adjust balance control at the amplifier
