AUTOMATIC CHARGER
ATTENTION!
  Always  avoid  open  flames,  open  lights  and  sparks  in  the 
proximity of batteries being charging (Explosion hazard by detonating gas). 
Always observe the charging instructions of the battery manufacturer. 
6. CHARGING
1.
  Choose the proper charging voltage (6, 8, 12 V).  
Attention: the wrong charging voltage can destroy this product
2.
  Connect the charger to the 110 – 230  V plug.
3.
  Connection to the battery: Connect the red clamp of the battery charger to 
positive pole (+) and the black clamp to the negative pole of the batterys 
(–) in the polarity-correct way.
ATTENTION! 
The product is prevented of short circuit and wrong polarity for a 
brief span! Longer lasting short circuits (longer than 0.5 min.) must be prevented 
under all circumstances, otherwise parts of the charger or the electronic might 
be overloaded – fuse 2.0 A will be damaged!
NOTE
–  While charging the battery please pay attention to the right polarity!
–  To prevent defects to the battery make sure to never deeply discharge the 
battery during the charging!
–  Make sure to have enough air supply!
–  Open the cells of the lead acid battery before charging!
–  Check the acid of the battery for longer charging!
–  Check the acid of the battery in between times and always make sure not to 
have any open fire, open light and glimmers close to the charged batteries 
(danger of explosion due to gas)!
–  Always check the charging instructions on the battery (normally printed on 
the battery).
CLEANING
Clean the device with a dry cloth only. If it is very dirty use a slightly dampened 
cloth. Do not use any solvent based cleaners. Detach the device from the mains 
before cleaning it.
