Network Controller MDIO Interface
There are two external-PHY Management Channels. Each is a two-wire I

C channel
operating in Standard Mode. The SoC is designed to interface with circuitry conforming
to the IEEE Standard 802.3*-2008 standards for MDIO.
The SoC signals are in the 3.3V SUS power well of the SoC.
