DISPlay:TEXT:MARQuee?
Sets or queries the state of marquee display on the front panel readout of the
mainframe. Up to 20 characters can be displayed at one time. For user defined
messages of greater length (60 characters maximum) the display will rotate
slowly to the left. When ON is selected the user defined message will continu-
ously rotate to the left regardless of the length.
