 In

Start menu, select My computer : a new screen appears.

View system information ; the System Properties window appears.

 Select the Hardware panel then click on the Device Manager button ; the following screen
appears.

Modem SAGEM USB.

  Right-click and choose Uninstall in the drop-down menu.

  Unplug the modem power supply connector, then restart the installation procedure.
