Getting Help
Pitney Bowes provides several information resources if you are unable to
solve a problem.
Technical support is available from Pitney Bowes. You can also visit the
Pitney Bowes web site and place a request for service.
Refer to the Contacts section at the front of this guide for more information
about technical support and/or the Pitney Bowes web site.
Please read the troubleshooting information in this chapter. In many
cases, it can help you resolve the problem. You can often restore normal
operation by pressing the CE/C key or by rebooting your system.
To reboot:
Unplug the AC cord from the wall outlet, then plug the cord back in.
If you need to call Technical Support please have the following information
at hand:
•  Product name:  DM230L/DM330L or DM350L
•  Serial number:  See the back of the control centre or press the
Options key, then Meter ID and write down what you see on the
display.
•  Nature of problem:  What happens and when does it happen?
Did the control centre display an error message or did the system
base power lamp display a blink code (refer to the Blink Codes
section in this chapter).
•  Any steps you've already taken to solve the problem and the results.
