9.  The display asks if you want to create another account. 

a.  Select Yes (Enter key) to create another account. Follow the steps 

4 through 8.

b.   Select No (Options key) to redisplay the list of all the accounting 

setup options.

1.  Press the Options key.
2.  Select Setup Menu then Accounting Setup.  
3.  Select Change Account. The display shows a list of accounts from 

which to choose. 

4.  Key in the number of the account you want to change.  
5.  Press Enter. 
6.  Follow steps 4 through 8 under Creating an Account in this appendix. 

1.  Press the Options key.
2.  Select Setup Menu then Accounting Setup. 
3.  Select Delete Account. The display shows a list of accounts. 
4.  Key in the number of the account you want to delete.

CAUTION! Make sure you really want to delete the account; 
once you do, you cannot restore the information.

5.   Press Enter to confirm you want to delete the account.
