Power down procedure 

Full power down procedure 

This procedure completely powers down the HP POD 240e NA and is intended for personnel safety during 

the full power down of the POD. 

  

 

WARNING:

  To avoid risk of personal injury or loss of life, POD electrical cabinets should be 

closed at all times. 

  

To power down the HP POD 240e NA: 

1. 

Power down all IT equipment in IT sections A and B. 

2. 

Open all POD power drop box breakers in the hot aisle. 

3. 

Open all Adiabatic unit service disconnects in the service aisle. 

4. 

Open the site critical IT feeder supply breakers. 

5. 

Open the site Adiabatic feeder supply breakers. 

The HP POD 240e NA is now fully powered down.
