(TC-U100). Este producto puede detectar, automáticamente, si

está insertada una batería de iones de litio de 3.6v, 2.7v ó 7.4v;

además, detecta la polaridad de la batería, y hace los ajustes

Thank you for purchasing the Digipower Lithium Battery

Charger (TC-U100). This product can automatically detect

whether a 3.6v, 3.7v, or 7.4v Li-ion battery is inserted as well as

the battery’s polarity and make the necessary adjustments for

charging. It can charge from the included AC and car power

supplies or by connecting a USB cable (not included) to your

computer or other USB power source. This product cannot

charge other kinds of batteries (NiCd, NiMH, etc.) or damaged

batteries.

1.  Connect the battery charger to either the included wall

charger or car charger.

2.  You may also use a USB cable (not included) to power the

battery charger from your computer or other USB power

source.

3.  The red LED on the charger will turn on to indicate it is

receiving power.

1.  With the charger connected to its power supply, insert the

battery into the charger as shown below.

2.  Find your battery model in Table A; page 3. Adjust the

contact points as noted in the table. If your Lithium Ion

battery is not listed adjust the contacts to fit your battery

by sight.

3.  Make sure the plus and minus contacts of the battery are

properly connected to the metal contacts of the charger,

the green LEDs will light up when proper contact is made.

The battery can be placed in the charger standing up or

lying flat.

4.  If your battery has more than two contact points connect

using just the outside contact points. Polarity (+ and - ) is

determined automatically by the charger.

5.  The battery will start to charge, see Table B; page 4 for

LED display information.

Battery can’t be detected: Check the battery installation and

make sure the charger’s contact pins are touching the battery

contact pins. Make sure the contact areas are clean and

undamaged. If this does not work your battery may be fully

discharged, see item below titled “charging a fully discharged

battery”.
Battery fail state: Make sure the charger’s contacts and the

battery’s contacts are properly connecting. Clean the contacts

of any dirt and check the battery and charger contacts for any

signs of damage. If this does not help the battery cannot be

charged with this charger or may need to be replaced.
charger fail or charging timeout state: unplug the power

from the charger and plug it back in to reset the charger. If this

does not help, the battery may need to be replaced.

charging a fully discharged battery: When the battery

charge level is extremely low the charger will not be able to

automatically detect the battery polarity and begin charging.

If this condition exists please follow this procedure:

a. Press and release the “0V” button on the front of the

charger.

b. The green LEDs on the front of the charger will flash for

5 seconds and the battery will begin to trickle (slow)

charge.

c.  The LED display should soon display the charge status as

indicated in Table B on page 4

d. If after 20 minutes the green LEDs are not blinking to

indicate the battery is charging press and release the “0V”

button again.

e. Repeat this procedure a third time if necessary, if it still

does not work then the battery will not charge from this

charger.

1.  Do not change the polarity of the battery (turn the battery

around) when charging or 0V function is running. This

may cause damage to the battery or charger.

2.  Use only with the recommended power sources.

3.  Make sure the input power and battery type match with

the charger before use.

4.  Keep this product away from fire, heat source and direct

sunlight.

5.  Avoid contacting with water, corrosive gases, dust or

anywhere that is wet or dusty.

6.  Do not break down or disassemble this charger; do not

use this charger if it looks damaged.

Mizco’s responsibility with regard to this limited warranty shall

be  limited  solely  to  the  repair  or  replacement  at  its  option,

of  any  product,  which  fails  during  normal  consumer  use  for

a period of 1 Year from the date of purchase. This warranty does

not  extend  to  damage  or  failure,  which  results  from  misuse,

neglect,  accident,  alteration,  abuse,  improper  installation  or

maintenance. If at any time during the 1 Year period following

the  purchase  the  product  fails  due  to  defects  in  materials  or

workmanship, return the defective product with freight prepaid

and proof of purchase.

1.  Con el cargador conectado a su fuente de energía, inserte

la batería en el cargador como se muestra abajo.

2.  Busque su modelo de batería en la Tabla A, página 9.

Ajuste los puntos de contacto como se indica en la tabla.

Si no aparece en la lista, su batería de iones de litio, ajuste

los contactos, calculando con la vista, para que la batería

quepa en el espacio.

3.  Compruebe que los polos de más y menos de la batería

hagan buen contacto con los contactos de metal en

el cargador. Se encenderá la luz LED verde al hacer

buen contacto. La batería se puede colocar vertical u

horizontalmente en el cargador.

4.  Si su batería tiene más de dos puntos de contacto,

conecte usando sólo los puntos de contacto externos. El

cargador determina automáticamente la polaridad (+ y -).

5.  La batería empezará a cargarse; vea la Tabla B, página 10

para información sobre las distintas luces LED,
