About Call Appearance Keys (CAPs)
CAP keys
Call appearance keys, labeled 1, 2, 3, and 4, are located
below the display and soft key menu and above and to the
left of the key pad.

Fixed keys
These keys are fixed because their location and purpose do
not change. However, they have different functions than
the other fixed keys. Together these keys simulate having
four lines to your phone. While you actually have only one
line, you can use CAPs 1, 2, 3, and 4 for multiple calls.
