Menu options are as follows:

Create New Program

Opens a new program.

Open Program

Loads a saved program.

Overwrites the currently edited program.

Saves the currently edited program under a different name.

Allows the user to specify and delete programs.

Properties of Program

Displays program properties and allows the user to change 
them.

Import Program

Reads a program that has been exported from another PC
so that it can be used.

Export Program

Writes out a saved program so that it can be used on 
another PC.

Exits Program Editor.

Preview Program

[Original size]

Displays a preview of the currently edited program at its 

original size.

Displays a preview of the currently edited program fitted to

the size of the screen.

Set Configuration before
Preview Program

Check this option when previewing programs. Sets and
displays display conditions.

Refresh

Updates the Content folder to reflect additions or deletions of
content files.

Allows the user to fine tune grid settings for positioning
frames and scroll messages with the grid.
