DS-RPC Factory Reset:
To reset the DS-RPC unit to factory default is to reset the power side of the unit. Use the following
instructions:

1. Remove the top lid of the DS-RPC chassis.
2. Locate jumper J15 or JP1 (depending on which unit you have) in the center of the receptacle
2. Locate jumper J15 or JP1 (depending on which unit you have) in the center of the receptacle
board. (This is a two-pin jumper.)
3. Place “a” jumper on the two pins and power the unit up for 10 seconds.
4. Turn the power off and remove the jumper.
5. Turn the power back on.

Hardware Rev H2.0 or higher*
The next step to resetting the DS-RPC unit to factory default is to reset the power side of the box. Use
the following instructions:
1. Remove the top lid of the DS-RPC chassis.
2. Locate jumper JP1 in the center of the receptacle board. (This is a two-pin jumper.)
3. Turn the power off
4. Place “a” jumper on the two pins and power the unit up for 10 seconds.
5. Remove the jumper while the unit is powered on.

5. Remove the jumper while the unit is powered on.
The module will now be reset to factory default.
