Follow the steps below to check the current setting:

1. Pull down the Apple menu.

2. Open the Chooser window.

3. Select Fax Printer.

Follow the steps below to broadcast a fax:

1. Click on the individual or group names that you want to send

your fax to in the Fax Destination window.

2. Do one of the following:

Click on the [Send Fax] button to begin the fax
transmission.

If the Cover Page checkbox is selected, click Fax to
display the Fax Cover Page dialog window, then
complete steps 3 and 4.

3. Complete the desired fields in this window.

4. Click on the [Send Fax] button.
