Agent logout
To logout:
1.
Press the 
Make Busy 
Key
 
and 
disconnect the headset. The LED 
indicator lights steadily.
Note 1: If you press the 
Make Busy
 Key
again, the LED indicator will turn off. At 
this point your phone can accept non-
ACD calls, but you are logged out of the 
queue.
Note 2: If you press the 
Make Busy
 Key
while on an ACD call, you will be logged 
out automatically when the call is 
finished.
