AastraLink Pro 160 Administrator Guide

Use the following procedure to delete an abbreviated number.

Select Configuration->Dial Plan->Abbreviations.

In the Abbreviation column, place a check mark in the box for the abbreviated number you want to 
delete.

Click <Delete Selected Abbreviations> button. The following prompt displays:

“Are you sure you want to delete the selected item?”

Click <Yes> to delete the abbreviated number, and the associated phone number and description.
