Programmable hard keys are configured by the system administrator according to the 
requirements of your organization. You may or may not have some of the features listed 
in the table below. 

 

Line appearances. 

Used to establish a 3-way conference.  

Used to transfer a call to another party. 

Forwards your calls to another phone. 

Allows you to report an outside call 
with poor audio quality using a single 
feature button. 

Parks a call.  

Picks up a call ringing at another 
phone. 

Places the phone in the Do Not Disturb 
state and incoming calls do not ring at 
the phone. 

Dials a pre-configured number 
automatically either immediately or 
after a pre-defined delay. 

Accesses the Intercom line to place and 
receive calls in the Intercom group. 

Receives calls on behalf of other 
parties and forwards the calls to the 
original destination mailboxes. 

Accesses the voicemail system. 

Transfers a call directly to the specified 
voice mailbox. 

Callers List

 

Accesses the Callers List. 

Dials a user-defined number 
automatically. 

Custom XML Keys 

Your System Administrator can create 
customized XML menu services to 
access on your phone. These services 
include things like weather and traffic 
reports, contact information, company 
info, or stock quotes.
