Line Appearance Keys
There can be up to 6 line appearances configured on the 6731i (if no features are
configured on the available programmable keys). L1 and L2 are the basic line
appearances. Usually you will have only one extension on your phone. Line1 is usually
your preferred line, with your main extension assigned to Line1.

Programmable Hard Keys as Line Appearances
The programmable hard keys on the top of the phone can be programmed as line

You are in Speaker mode.

You are in Headset mode.
Message Waiting Indicator
The Message Waiting Indicator (MWI) lamp is located at the top right of the phone.

You have a new message (s).
Rapid Flash
You have an incoming call.
Even Flash
One or more calls are on hold.
