  Lift the handset.

  Press a line appearance key. 

The number is dialed. 

  

The 6731i displays the “<Number of> Missed Calls” in the idle state screen display.  

 

As the number of missed calls increments, the phone numbers associated with the calls 
are stored in the Callers List 

When you review the calls in the Callers List, the number of missed calls is cleared from 
the idle screen display.

Go into the Callers List. 

The Callers List menu displays.

Use 

 or 

 

to scroll through the 

entries. 

Missed calls are those marked with the 
telephone icon with the handset ON 

.

Press the Callers List key. 

 

2.  

Use 

 or 

 

to find the entry to delete.   

3.  

Press the Delete key. 

The Delete confirmation displays:

Press the Delete key again. 

The entry is deleted with no 
confirmation message.
