Uniform Call Distribution (UCD)
Allows incoming calls to be distributed uniformly to a specific group of extensions called an 
UCD group. Calls to an UCD group search for an idle extension in a circular way. If all 
extensions in an UCD group are busy or not available, the incoming outside call will be handled 
by the UCD Table.
Conditions
UCD can be used in the following cases.
a)
The floating number

 of UCD is assigned as the Direct In Lines (DIL) 1:1 destination.
b)
The floating number of UCD is assigned as the Direct Inward Dialing (DID) destination.
c)
The floating number of UCD is assigned as the Intercept Routing destination.
d)
The floating number of UCD is dialed from an extension.
e)
The floating number of UCD is dialed from DISA (Direct Inward System Access).
f)
The floating number of UCD is assigned as the UCD Overflow destination.
It is possible to set the log-in or log-out status on an extension basis.
