If operating the remote control by facing it directly towards the remote control receiver at the front of the projector,
the remote control should be within approximately 7 metres of the front of the remote control receiver. In addition,
the remote control can be operated within an angle of +/- 30 degrees up, down or to the left or right.
If there are any obstructions between the remote control and the remote control receiver, the remote control may
not operate correctly.
The projector can be operated by reflecting the signals from the remote control off the screen, but the operating
range for the remote control may be reduced as a result of losses in the amount of light reflected due to the
characteristics of the screen.
If no remote control operations are
carried out for 30 seconds or more,
the backlight will switch off.
Once the backlight has turned off
after 30 seconds, it can be turned
back on by pressing any button.
If you press a button to turn once
more and then press it again within
30 seconds to turn the backlight off
again, the backlight will not turn back
on again when another button (other
than "LIGHT") is pressed.
If no remote control operations are
carried out for 30 seconds or more, the
LCD will switch off. If the LCD switches
off while the device selection indicator for
any component is flashing, the
component that was last selected will be
the one that will be operated.
These buttons are used to operate
system devices using preset
functions for this remote control and
also functions which have been
learnt through signals from other
remote controls.
If you press any of the buttons marked as
Projector function only
, the device selection will switch to "PJ".
