Humidifier 
inoperative

• Water supply is not on.
• Electrical connections are 

loose.

• Humidifier fuse is open.
• Relative humidity is above 

the setpoint.

• Turn on the supply.
• Tighten all electrical connections.

• Check for short circuits, and replace blown fuses.
• No action needed.

Reheat elements 
inoperative

• Overheat switch is actuated.
• A fuse is open.
• The thermostat is set too low.
• The thermal fuse in the 

heater is open.

• Reset and check for operation.
• Check for short circuit.
• Adjust thermostat to required temperature.
• Replace thermal fuse.

Water carry-over

• Insufficient air quantity over 

the cooling coil.

• Dirty coil.
• Excessive airflow.
• Blocked drain pan or trap.

• Check for correct airflow and clean filters.

• Clean the coil.
• Reduce airflow to specifications.
• Clean the drain pan and trap.

Module is receiving 
power, but will not 
operate

• Remote shutdown enabled.

• Disable remote shutdown.
