Two types of T3H CPU modules are available. 
 

Type Description 

PU325H 

EEPROM + RAM (battery backed), User program 32 k steps, 
Ladder diagram and SFC 

PU326H 

EEPROM + RAM (battery backed), User program 64 k steps, 
Ladder diagram and SFC

The external feature of the T3H CPU is the same as the T3 CPU except for the 
product identification.
