Depressurize hotmelt system.

Close the bleed-type master air valve.
3.
Actuate the applicator repeatedly until no fluid
flows.

If you suspect the module nozzle is clogged,
remove nozzle and then actuate the module to
relieve pressure.

If you suspect the module or fluid hose is
clogged or that pressure has not been fully
relieved after following the steps above, VERY
SLOWLY loosen inlet fitting, inlet filter, or hose
end coupling to relieve pressure gradually,
then loosen completely. Clear hose or module

Turn off air pressure to the solenoid valve.
