You can form alliances by pressing the + key and selecting a number cor-
responding to the teams in the list on the right. Teams you're allied with
will show up as blue dots on the overhead map and your units won't
attack them. Be careful with this— if your ally hasn't reciprocated his units
will still consider you an enemy and they will attack you. You can break
alliances by pressing + again and selecting the allied team from the list.
