Generally, a cluster contains only one RR, in which case the router ID of the RR is used for identifying 
the cluster. Setting multiple RRs can improve the network reliability. When there is more than one RR in 
a cluster, use the reflector cluster-id command to configure the same cluster ID for all RRs in the 
cluster.

# In BGP-VPNv4 subaddress family view, configure the local router as an RR of a cluster.

Parameters 
vpn-instance-name: Name of the VPN instance, a string of 1 to 31 characters. 
ip-address: Performs a soft reset of the BGP connection with a BGP peer identified by this IP address. 
all: Performs a soft reset of all BGP VPN instance connections. 
external: Performs a soft reset of EBGP sessions. 
group group-name: Performs a soft reset of the connections with a BGP peer group identified by this 
name. The group-name argument is a string of 1 to 47 characters. 
export: Performs a soft reset in the outbound direction. 
import: Performs a soft reset in the inbound direction.

Use the refresh bgp vpn-instance command to perform a soft reset of BGP connections in a VPN 
instance.
