Configuration procedure
Configure the router:
Create a VE interface and configure an IP address for it.

Configuration Example
Networking requirements
As shown in Figure 58, two hosts dial into ATM network through ADSL Router 
respectively, and communicate with the router through DSLAM. The requirements 
are:
To establish the virtual template for multiple users on the router, and configure 
the PPP map on the virtual template.
The VPI/VCI addresses of two PVCs connecting routers with DSLAM are 0/60 
and 0/61, pointing to ADSL Router A and ADSL Router B respectively.
’s DSL interface use PPPoA application mode, and they use PAP to authenticate 
ADSL Router. The IP address of ADSL Router is provided by the remote AAA 
server on the other side of the router (not included in the following figure).
