PATIENT ID Screen
This screen is used to input patient IDs.

The ID cursor moves in the direction of the selected

ID delete command
[BS]: Deletes the character that is before the
character specified by the ID cursor. However, if
the ID cursor is specifying the first character, it
deletes that character.
