TX Document Archvng wll be performed once for each document transmtted. Regardng the
redalng, t works based on the settngs of ths machne. (See “Settng Automatc Redalng (Fax),” on
p. 4-78.)
When usng sequental broadcastng, after all transmssons (ncludng redalng or error redalng)
fnsh, f there s at least one destnaton to whch all pages were sent successfully, then TX Document
Archvng wll be performed once.
In the Actvty Management Report, regardng the Mode feld (Transacton Mode), "TRANSFER" wll
be prnted and regardng the NO. feld (Transacton Number), the number of the orgnal sendng
destnaton wll be prnted.
Regardng the DATE and TIME of the TX Document Archvng on the sender nformaton, the DATE
and TIME that the TX Document Archvng was performed wll be prnted.
