You may want to add a group, or groups, to make the work of the
site administrator easier, especially when assigning access to
folders.

To add a group:
1. From the Group List page, select [New]. The New Group
page opens. See Figure 5-10.

2. Enter a group name in the Group name text box.
3. Enter a group description in the Group description text box.
4. Select [Save] to save the changes. The Group List page
displays.
5. Continue with Assigning group membership to assign users
to the new group.
