This section describes the call flows and provides configuration instructions for the following ISN
deployment models:

NIC with Type 2, ISN Queue and Transfer Deployment, ICM Enterprise
In this deployment model, a NIC is being used to preroute the call. The ISN is deployed as a Customer
VRU; the VRU voice treatment is provided by the ISN Voice Browser. The ISN also acts as a switch to
transfer the call to an agent; queuing is supported.
