Cisco Cisco Unified Customer Voice Portal 10.0(1)

This manual describes how to set up, run, and administer the Cisco Internet Service Node (ISN) product. 

This document is intended for Call Center managers, ISN system managers, ICM/NAM system 
managers, VoIP technical experts, and IVR application developers. Readers of this manual should 
already have a general understanding of the NAM product, as discussed in the Cisco Network 
Applications Manager (NAM) Product Description. Readers should be familiar with general ICM 
installation and setup procedures. 

The manual is divided into the following chapters.

Introduces the ISN components and how they 
interact with the NAM/ICM

Discusses NAM/ICM configuration and script 
editing

Provides information about ISN media file 
handling and details about the system media files 
distributed with ISN Version 2.1.

Gives an overview of the ISN Voice Browser and 
instructions for using the VB Admin tool and 
commands.

Provides an overview of the ISN Application 
Server and instructions for using the Application 
Administrator tool.
