Verify the ML100T-8 card LED activity:

Verify that the red FAIL LED is off

Verify that the green ACT LED is on.

If you remove power from the ONS 15310-CL chassis, and then restore it, check the chassis LED

When you log into CTC, verify that the card appears properly on the CTC node view screen.
