Changing Information for a Profile User
You can change user profiles as follows:
1.
From the Register Book, select the Configure tab.
2.
From the left side of the Configure tab, click User Profiles.
3.
Click the Find Records button to search for the desired user by user ID,
profile number, or last name.

Changing Multiple Profiles Using the Export and Import Process
You can change attributes for multiple user profiles by exporting the Raw
Profile Information report into a spreadsheet or database. From the target
spreadsheet or database, make the desired changes using the commands and
features available in your application. When the changes are complete, save
the file as a comma delimited (.csv) file type. Import the file into
MeetingPlace with the Overwrite Duplicate parameter set to Yes.

Profiles containing a user’s encrypted passwords can be exported by running
the Raw Profile Information report. The profiles can then be imported into
another MeetingPlace conference server, thus replicating the database. For
example, if you have multiple standalone conference servers, you may
export profiles from one conference server and import them into another
preserving all passwords.
