Importing and Deleting Meetings in Batch Mode
Importing and deleting meetings in batch mode allows you to perform the
process overnight and avoid tying up your machine. You can perform all the
import operations in batch mode using command line options.

To generate the import in batch mode:
1.
Create the import file.
The import file is the output from the Raw Meeting Details Report.
Refer to the Generating Batch Reports in Windows Batch Mode section
in Chapter 5 for information on how to generate the Raw Meeting

import is the date and time of the meeting:
“StartDateTimeOfConfGMT.”
