MeetingPlace Flex Menu
Allows system managers to assign specific
custom recorded menus associated with port group types. If port group
“1” was configured for the Sales department to use, customized prompts
can be played for Sales department users who call the telephone number
associated with that port group. When users dial into a MeetingPlace
conference server with Flex Menus, the voice prompts they hear depend
on the telephone number they dial.
